James William Broyles was tried by jury and convicted of violating 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2), concerning the sexual exploitation of minors. The District Court1 imposed a sentence of twenty-one months, to be followed by two years of supervised release with participation in a program of mental and/or emotional treatment. Broyles does not challenge his sentence but appeals his conviction on several grounds. We affirm...
