This case involves issues which are res nova in Louisiana law—whether an innkeeper may be held liable for damages suffered by a guest at the hotel who was sexually molested by a hotel employee after the employee's work hours, at a location removed from the hotel premises, while the guest was on a "date" with the hotel employee.
