SAUNDERS, Judge.
Plaintiff, Alvin Ken Faulk, appeals adverse judgments on an exception of res judicata and a motion for summary judgment filed by defendants, Elson Morvant and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. The trial court granted judgment as to each in favor of defendants. We reverse.
