This is an appeal by the plaintiff/insured Edward J. Gerrits, Inc. from an adverse final summary judgment in an action brought against the defendant/insurer National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on a builder's all-risk insurance policy.
