WILSON, Justice.

Appellant, Vicki Sebesta, filed suit against her employer, Kent Electronics, Corp., appellee, claiming the company fired her because of her service on a jury. Three causes of action were asserted: intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud, and a violation of the Juror Reemployment Act.
