NEWBERN, Justice.

The appellant, Paul Latham, was convicted of rape and sentenced as an habitual offender with seven previous felony convictions to 75 years imprisonment. He contends the Trial Court erred by excusing, without notice to him, one of the jurors selected for the trial and by refusing to suppress hearsay testimony. We decline to reverse the decision with respect to excusing the juror as no prejudice was demonstrated, and we hold the testimony objected...
