The Administrative Hearing Officer heard this workers' compensation case on its full merits but decided it at the threshold question of whether there was an accident, finding there was none and dismissing the action. Diana Laneaux, 33, the claimant, was employed as a patient care technician at Opelousas Artificial Kidney Center.
