Robert Holst appeals the district court's1 entry of judgment in favor of Countryside Enterprises following a jury verdict. In this diversity negligence action, Appellant claims that the district court erred by refusing to instruct the jury on res ipsa loquitur and by precluding the appellant's expert from referring to certain codes as the basis for his expert opinion.
