MEMORANDUM OPINION

WINGATE, District Judge.

Tried on its merits to this court sitting without a jury on an earlier date, this lawsuit is again before this court pursuant to a "remand for reconsideration" ordered by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Previously, this court, after having received testimony and documentary evidence, found for the plaintiff on his claim of sex discrimination under Title VII1
