WATKINS, Judge.

Shane Trahan was indicted with three counts of vehicular homicide, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:32.1. He pled not guilty and, after trial by jury, was convicted as charged. On each count, the court sentenced him to serve a term of ten years imprisonment at hard labor and to pay a fine of $2,000 and court costs. The court imposed the sentences concurrently and credited defendant with time served. Defendant has appealed, urging eleven assignments of error...
