Defendant Canadian Valley-Reeves Meat Company moves to dismiss plaintiff's claim of race discrimination for failure to exhaust administrative remedies and moves for summary judgment on plaintiff's claim for a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq.
