BARAJAS, Chief Justice.

This is an attempted appeal of a dispute over the award of attorney's fees. Appellant, Bob Hanna, appeals the judgment entered in favor of Appellee, Phillip Godwin. In two points of error, Appellant alleges the trial court below abused its discretion in its award of attorney's fees; and, further, that the court erred in denying his motion to recuse the trial judge....
