This is an appeal from the denial, without an evidentiary hearing, of defendant's Rule 29.15 motion for post conviction relief.

We affirmed the trial court's denial of the Rule 29.15 motion, but later, upon defendant's pro se motion for recall of mandate, we set aside our decision and re-submitted the case.
