("Omnitech") appeals from the district court's grant of judgment as a matter of law in favor of the Defendant-Appellee The Clorox Company ("Clorox") on Omnitech's misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, detrimental reliance, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
