Hebert, Spencer Pest Control, Terminix Service Company, Inc. and St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company as a result of termite damage in the property at 5367 Canal Boulevard in New Orleans which Mr. and Mrs. Doskey purchased from Ms. Hebert on May 10, 1985.
