Dino Cadelli appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court1 for the Western District of Arkansas, upon a bench trial, finding that his employer, Fort Smith School District (School District), did not violate his rights under § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq.
