GRANT, Justice.

Alfonso Gonzalez, M.D., appeals from a summary judgment rendered in favor of the Hospital. Gonzalez raises four points of error in which he contends that the trial court erred by rendering summary judgment because (1) as a matter of law, the Hospital's bylaws were a binding contract and he presented evidence of a breach by the Hospital; (2) he had presented material issues of fact concerning whether the Hospital had engaged in a civil...
