Dale Williams appeals a judgment which maintains Ivor Trapolin's exception of no cause of action (# 93-CA-0877) and a summary judgment and amended summary judgment in his breach of contract suit (# 93-CA-2062).

Williams sued Miles and Ivor Trapolin and the Trapolin Law Firm for breach of contract. Williams alleged that between March 18-20, 1992 they entered into a partnership agreement with him. According to Williams, the agreement was not reduced...
