McCLOUD, Chief Justice.
Edward C. Carr, Jr., entered into a written agreement with Gold Kist, Inc. to purchase trucks and peanut hauling equipment from Gold Kist. Carr later sued Gold Kist for damages alleging breach of contract, promissory estoppel, and fraud. The central issue in Carr's suit was whether or not Carr had "exclusive hauling rights."
