This suit arose out of an automobile accident which occurred at about 6:50 a.m. on December 12, 1987 when an automobile driven by Thomas Keel left the road and collided with a utility pole. Plaintiffs are the representatives of the minor children of Keel's passenger, Rebecca Beecher, who suffered fatal injuries as a result of the accident. Following a bench trial, the trial court granted defendants' motion for involuntary dismissal, dismissing plaintiffs...
