OPINION

VANCE, Justice.

Roland McDonald Ware pleaded guilty to four counts of delivery of cocaine less than twenty-eight grams. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.112 (Vernon Supp. 1994). He elected to have the jury assess punishment. After the punishment hearing, the jury assessed eleven years in prison and a $5000 fine on each of the four counts.
