This dispute arises out of the sale of a vacuum truck business on April 30, 1986. The seller, Tramonte, Inc., transferred certain accounts as well as the exclusive right to use the name "Bayou Mr. Rooter" and/or "Mr. Rooter" to Palermo Brothers, Inc.
