The appellant, Richard L. Jacobs, challenges a final judgment upholding the validity of certain instruments executed by him and his deceased wife Cecil, a/k/a Cecile F., Jacobs. Mr. Jacobs has also, by a separate appeal, challenged final orders directing that certain attorney's fees and costs be charged against a trust created by Mr. and Mrs. Jacobs.
