LAGARDE, Justice.

Deborah Jean Lackey appeals her conviction for theft of property valued at $750 or less while having been previously convicted two or more times of theft. Punishment, enhanced by earlier convictions for burglary of a motor vehicle and robbery, was assessed at confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for thirty-five years.
