Appellee, Jeff Green (Green), brought suit against appellants, Texas Beef Cattle Company (Texas Beef) and W.H. (Bill) O'Brien (O'Brien), alleging an actionable tortious interference with contract and also pleading a cause of action for malicious prosecution.
