Eugene Lamar Sutton appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota finding him guilty upon a jury verdict of bank robbery, use of a firearm in the course of a violent crime, and being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a)(d), 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1) and (2), and 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), respectively.
