Sergio Robles and Luis Cruz were charged with one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute kilogram quantities of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and two counts of distribution of controlled substances in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
