Stanford Allen Neisen, a resident of Franklin County, died on 24 January 1991. He left a will which was admitted to probate in common form in Franklin County that same day. The will named Larry Norman as executor and provided specific bequests to the decedent's five children, leaving the residue to Linda Johnson ("claimant"). On 13 August 1991, claimant, who was not represented by counsel, filed a claim against the estate seeking in excess of $1,500...
