Ira Thurman appeals from an order of the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission awarding him permanent partial disability benefits in an amount equal to a twenty-five percent impairment to his left lower extremity. Appellant contends that the Commission erred in finding that his healing period had ended and in denying his claim for additional temporary total and temporary partial disability benefits....
