I. BACKGROUND

Eddie Lee Cabbell and his nephew Loren Martin Craig, a/k/a Marty Cabbell, were charged by indictment with felony drug crimes. Craig was charged with distribution of cocaine base and conspiracy to make a building or room available for the distribution of drugs. 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846, 856.
