ROBERTSON, Justice.

Shandee Corporation appeals from a judgment in Shandee's favor on its claim of breach of contract against Kemper Group. Appellant raises eleven points of error challenging the trial court's grant of judgment notwithstanding the verdict on Shandee's claims of fraud, and challenging the trial court's award of prejudgment interest and its refusal to award attorney's fees.
