The appellant, Darlene Evans, was charged with capital felony murder. She was tried by jury and convicted of the lesser included offense of murder in the first degree. She was sentenced to life imprisonment. Her sole point of appeal is that the Trial Court erred by overruling her motion for a directed verdict.
