Appellant-defendant Dr. Van Johnson appeals from his conviction for voluntary manslaughter, a Class A felony. The facts most favorable to the judgment disclose that on the evening of June 10, 1990, James Wagner was at an apartment complex in Anderson, Indiana, collecting money from customers of his children's newspaper route.
