APODACA, Judge.

Alfred R. Walck (Petitioner) appeals the trial court's order denying his claim for certain benefits, interest on the judgment, and attorney fees and costs. The order was entered after remand from this Court ordering Petitioner's reinstatement as a police officer with the Albuquerque Police Department (APD) with full retroactive pay and benefits.
