Barbara June Skelly, appellant, and her husband, Jimmie Lee Skelly, were tried jointly by jury and convicted of the crime, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute After Former Conviction of a Felony (63 O.S.Supp. 1989, § 2-401(A) in McClain County District Court Case Nos.
