In this action to recover punitive and treble damages for an insurer's alleged badfaith refusal to pay personal injury protection (PIP) benefits, plaintiff, Cliff Ranger, appeals from the summary judgment entered in favor of defendant, Fortune Insurance Co., a Florida corporation.
