Darryl Richley is scheduled for execution on August 3, 1994. Pending before this court is his motion for a stay of execution. He has also filed a notice of appeal from a judgment of the district court1 denying his second petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. We deny his motion for a stay of execution and affirm the judgment.
