LANSING, Judge.

In an action brought under the Minnesota Human Rights Act, Minn.Stat. § 363.03, subd. 1 (1992), the district court found unfair age and disability discrimination and ordered damages. We find no error in the court's application of the evidentiary burdens and the evidence supports the finding of discrimination.
