LAGARDE, Justice.

Jerry Mack Nored appeals his conviction for burglary of a building. After the trial court overruled appellant's motion to suppress, appellant pleaded guilty. Pursuant to a plea bargain, the trial court sentenced appellant to twenty-five years' imprisonment.
