Brenda and Michael Hull (collectively "Plaintiff") appeal from a negative jury verdict in their personal injury action against Thomas Taylor ("Defendant"). Plaintiff raises two issues, restated as:

1. Whether the doctrine of last clear chance survived the enactment of comparative fault; and 2. Whether the trial court erred in denying Plaintiff's motion for mistrial following Defendant's testimony relating...
