This appeal concerns the negligence and strict liability claims of an employee of a lessee against the owner-lessor of the premises where the injury occurred.

Canco Services, the employer, filed a motion for summary judgment, requesting that Claudia Wallace's claim based on strict liability against Canco Realty, the owner-lessor, be dismissed. Services based this demand on a clause in its lease with Realty which purported to shift Realty...
