Michael D. Morris and Iva G. Morris, husband and wife, filed their bill of complaint against David N. Morris and Elaine Z. Morris. Michael and Iva alleged that they are the beneficial owners of a 7.24-acre parcel of land with improvements thereon and that David and Elaine own no beneficial interest in the property.
