Appellant G. Craig Hubble, Trustee ("Hubble"), appeals from a judgment in favor of appellee Lone Star Contracting Corp. ("Lone Star") in which the trial court foreclosed Lone Star's mechanic's and materialmen's lien on a three-acre tract (the "Property") owned by Hubble.
