EDMONDS, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction for sexual abuse in the first degree. ORS 163.427. He makes multiple assignments of error. We affirm.

Defendant was convicted of the touching or the digital penetration of the vagina of his girlfriend's four-year-old daughter.
