THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment as to Procedural Due Process Claims Against Defendants Nitch and Myrick (doc. 43, filed October 19, 1994) and Defendants' Myrick & Nitch's Motion for Summary Judgment in Response to Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (doc. 55, filed November 28, 1994).1
