This matter comes before the Court on defendant's motion to dismiss. Plaintiffs have filed suit for violations of Title VII, (42 U.S.C. 2000a and 42 U.S.C. 2000e-2), 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and the District of Columbia Human Rights Law. D.C.Code Ann § 1-2511 and § 1-2512 (1992).1 They have asked for $100,000 in compensatory damages...
