This is an appeal from a trial court judgment nullifying a tax sale of 200 acres of immovable property in Catahoula Parish. The trial court also declared plaintiff-appellee, William Schneider, the owner of the tract of land involved. Additionally, the trial court awarded $10,000 in damages in favor of defendant-plaintiff in reconvention and cross-claim-appellant, Reverend David Mayo, the tax purchaser, and against defendant-appellant, Thomas Jackson...
