BLACK, Judge.

As a result of a night-long episode involving a co-defendant and two victims, Defendant was convicted of fourteen counts of aggravated burglary, kidnapping, false imprisonment, armed robbery, criminal sexual penetration, attempted criminal sexual penetration, and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. After this Court reversed and remanded for a new trial, State v. Duncan, 113 N.M. 637,
