OPINION

SCHRODER, Judge:

This is an appeal by the Board of Trustees of a city library from an order adjudging the subsequent establishment of and prospective tax levy for the county library district to be proper. We affirm.

On June 2, 1960, the City of Augusta's public library was established by way of city ordinance. Said library was funded by and through the general revenue funds of the city. The City of Augusta is located in Bracken County...
