Appellant, Carol Ann Pierce, was convicted of Conspiracy to Commit Murder and First Degree Murder, following a jury trial in the District Court of Pontotoc County, Case Number CRF-91-50, before the Honorable G.C. Mayhue. After returning a verdict of guilty, the jury recommended that Appellant be sentenced to ten (10) years for the Conspiracy and life in prison without possibility...
